Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 15–20 business days from the date of payment.
Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be carefully processed and dispatched. A tracking link will be shared via email once the order is shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Wrong or Damaged Products: For any damaged or incorrect item, please record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package, clearly showing the sealed parcel and the issue.
Return Request: Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order through WhatsApp.
Return Courier: Customers are responsible for sending the product back, except when the item received is damaged or incorrect. Please use India Post for returns. Courier charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed in eligible cases.
Exchange/Replacement: Once the returned product reaches us and is approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 5 business days.
Refund: If a replacement cannot be provided, the eligible refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
